Pre-paid orders
Free standard shipping on all orders AED 150 and above. A charge of AED 25 will be incurred on purchases that do not exceed the AED 150 free shipping threshold. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding Friday’s, Saturday’s, Sunday’s and major holidays. Orders received after 2pm will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that our courier does not operate on Sunday. If you wish to receive your purchase on a Saturday, please place your order before 2pm on a Friday to ensure timely delivery.
We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. Our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. They will strive to deliver your Farmona UAE Online purchase in the defined time period and shall make no less than two further attempts to deliver to the delivery address submitted. They may/shall obtain an electronic signature ‘proof of delivery’ which is required for confirmation purposes by Farmona UAE.

We are currently unable to accept orders shipped to destinations outside of the United Arab Emirates.
